Together we'll discuss what's manifesting as an illness/health complaint before we do a short (usually 3-minute) intuitive kundalini warm-up. I will then channel light, frequency, and sound to the blockages in your energy field and body. This is recorded, and you'll be expected to listen to the recording every day between sessions as part of your commitment to this change.
This is not generally a one-time experience. Your condition has been locked into your body for a long period of time, and this often means the emotional or energetic blocks are deep-seated. I've found around six sessions - with daily commitments to the replays - help create a meaningful shift, though four sessions can also work.

In this personalised 1-hour kundalini class, we'll discuss in advance any current issues going on - physically, emotionally, spiritually - and I'll create a personalised 50-minute kundalini yoga set, followed by a light language energy activation.
Through working at a physical level to rebalance the body, emotions and energy fields, kundalini allows for greater receptivity to the light, energy, frequency and sound I channel. It's why I use it in so many of my healing modalities.
